Changing region for games. In-app purchase issue

Has anyone changed their region for apple store and have issues with in-app purchases not being accepted or not going through? I moved to a different country and have closed my bank account. I now have a bank account where i will leave permanently and now cant purchase anything in the game. Hope someone can help. Thanks in advance
