Hi. Recently I am interesting in using Adobe Creative Suit Cloud. As a beginner, I want to learn how to draw and edit photo on the tablet. I think I will focus on using Photoshop, Illustrator, Fresco. I want to know if IPad (7th Generation) is good enough for a beginner like me? Can I export my drawing file from IPad to the printer to make a big poster?

It should be good enough, but I would purchase the 128 GBs model.
I do not think the base 32 GBs model will have sufficient storage space for doing a lot sketching/drawing/painting projects.
Wireless printing from an iPad can be problematic, too, though.
A 32 GBs iPad ONLY has approx. 27- 28 GBs of usable data storage space.
A 128 GBs iPad has approx. 120 GBs of usable data storage space.
iPad 7th Generation should do all you want and more. Especially as a beginner. You can use the original Apple Pencil too.
If I login to adobe creative suit cloud on iPad and then export the image from adobe create suit cloud to desktop, is it doable to print out the poster in this way by connecting the computer to the printer?
