Dictate in MS Word not working

Have Office 365 for Mac..in MS Word there is a Dictate function/button that is not showing on this system..it works on my other system however.

Both are on same version of Word and both same, most recent version of Catalina

Where is my dictation function? Over the weekend my Mac Mini (OS 12.4) seems to have forgotten how to take dictation. Last week I dictated freely into Word (v. 16.62). Today, though neither Word nor Pages (v. 12.1) records my dictation. In Word I do not see any indication as to what the problem is. But in Pages I do not see the dictation tool in the Edit menu. I have seen that tool before. It is not there now. I did not change any settings in my computer over the weekend. What would make the dictation tool disappear from Pages?

Dictation not working - Mac Ventura 13.4.1 Is there any fix for this? I've seen many posts and most people have given up after trying the settings changes and even deleting the plist. Dictation has never worked on my MacBook "pro."

How to enter line break using dictation on a Macbook Pro When using dictation on Macbook Pro (2016) how do you get it to hit "Enter" or "Return" or to start a new line/create a line break? I've tried saying next line or new line or line but that only puts an underscore or the words I say. Any help here would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
