An iPhone 6 (or 6 Plus) cannot be upgraded past 12.4.3. This device is too old and it doesn't have enough RAM to support iOS 13.


iOS 13 is supported on the iPhone 6s / SE and newer models.


If you want to update to iOS 13, you need to buy a new iPhone first.
