Bought App Store iTunes card by mistake 450 dollars worth from Sheetz gas station meant to buy Apple store gift card anyway I can return it to you guys by giving the receipt and exchanging to store gift card

Did you try to return it to the store you bought it from? You can try going to the nearest Apple store and asking them what they can do.
