Merge Partitions

I have a MacBook Pro 2011 which had Windows running. I erased Bootcamp using the Disk Utility instead of using the BC Assistant. Now I can't merge the erased partition with the MacOS. Diskutil output

  • Run
    • diskutil eraseVolume fat32 BOOTCAMP disk0s4
  • Run BC Assistant and click on Remove/Restore
