Trying to activate my iphone 11 via Tracfone. Tracfone does not recognize my IMEI number off the box. Help please. I have worked on transferring my number from Verizon to Tracfone for my iphone for over 6 hours to no avail (using online instructions). Last instruction from Tracfone was to call Verizon. Verizon is giving me the run-around. Need to talk with a real, live human being with knowledge and authority. Who? Thanks a lot to this community.
