Since the recent 13.1.3 OS update, everytime I use my Personal Hotspot, it now displays, "Allow Others to Join". I do not want others to join my Personal Hotspot, when I am using it. How do I disable this, so others will not join my Personal Hotspot and I can use it just for myself? Thanks.

Yeah, when I turn off Allow others to join, I cannot use my Personal Hotspot for myself. It will not connect to my personal devices.

Settings/Personal Hotspot - turn off Allow others to join.
Don't give them the password for it.
If you turn that off you can still connect from any device that is logged in to the same Apple ID.
