cannot validate my card in apple wallet

I cannot validate my netbank card in wallet.
Can someone fix this

Check your Apple ID region to make sure it is correct and make sure the region is correct on your device. Try signing out of your Apple ID and back in. Go to this link - If you can't add cards to Wallet for Apple Pay - Apple Support
