Hello, I’ve recently changed my location of the app store on my phone. But even though I have the same icloud on phone and iPad, the location of the app store hasn’t changed on my iPad. I then can’t download specific apps that only exist in that region. Can you help me? Thank you.

Try to sign out and sign in Apple ID in iTunes&App Store on your iPad. Go to settings > name surname at the top > iTunes&App Store > blue email address > sign out.
