Not sure what my deductible is for a broken back screen repair if I have AppleCare

Would anyone know if we pay the repair fee when we turn in the phone to a “Genius Bar” or when we pick up the phone. Also not sure what my deductible is for a broken back screen repair if I have Apple care. I have an iPhone Pro Max.
