Unable to remove Bootcamp partition

Bootcamp assistant would not allow me to remove the partition I set up for windows. Then I mistakenly used disk utility to erase the drive. Obviously not what I should do. I ran diskutil list command in terminal and here is the result:

/dev/disk0 (internal):

   #:                       TYPE NAME                    SIZE       IDENTIFIER

   0:      GUID_partition_scheme                         251.0 GB   disk0

   1:                        EFI EFI                     314.6 MB   disk0s1

   2:                 Apple_APFS Container disk1         150.0 GB   disk0s2

   3:                  Apple_HFS BOOTCAMP                100.0 GB   disk0s3

   4:           Windows Recovery                         550.5 MB   disk0s4

/dev/disk1 (synthesized):

   #:                       TYPE NAME                    SIZE       IDENTIFIER

   0:      APFS Container Scheme -                      +150.0 GB   disk1

                                 Physical Store disk0s2

1:                APFS Volume Macintosh HD            139.5 GB   disk1s1

   2:                APFS Volume Preboot                 43.4 MB    disk1s2

   3:                APFS Volume Recovery                517.0 MB   disk1s3

   4:                APFS Volume VM                      1.1 GB     disk1s4

can someone give me the correct commands to erase then merge my drive back to a single partition? thank you.
