Is there a way to create a template in Reminders? With every home I sell, there is a basic checklist that I would like to recreate as simply as copying and pasting a template list. I can then rename the title of the list to their name/address... Please help.

Yes you can.
Create the 'template' list, with all the reminders you need in it.
When you create a new list, then select all the list items you want in the template list, then copy and paste them into your new list.
I'm not sure it will do exactly what you want, but try adding a new list in the left Sidebar by clicking the Add List at the bottom of the Sidebar. You can select that instead of the day on the calendar when you want to view it.
