My macbook air 13 inch from 2013 says Replace Soon for Batteries. How soon is soon?

My battery life is short recently around 2 hours without charging, and the condition says replace soon. I had this sinc June 2013, and the cycle count says 1198. How long do I have for my battery to even work at the pace its working now? And, if the battery goes to Replace Now condition does that mean it won't even work when its charging?
