i’ve tried literally everything my instagram won’t send me notifications but it will send other people logged in notifications, i’ve deleted instagram & restarted my phone, both my settings & instagrams notifications are on & i’ve reset my setting & nothings worked.

Did you try going to settings>general>reset>and reset all settings? Did you go to your instagram settings and report the issue to them?

both, i’m logged in on another phone & i’m receiving notifications on that phone but not my phone
it still didn’t work.:/
if you restore to new and did not restore from a backup then its an instagram problem not an iPhone problem.
