iPhone XS Max headphones with lightning connector

Hi! Please help. I would like to listen to my iPhone headphones on the computer at work but they have the lightning end connector and I lost the small adapter piece with the headphone jack connector. I’ve looked online and can’t find a replacement - what is the name of that connector piece? Thanks!
