Read a post from Feb this year and the solution was that it fixed itself. Mine is not updating at all. Tried restarting, turning the complication off then on again and nothing works. Please help.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you're having trouble with the Air Quality Index complication on your Apple Watch. I'd be happy to share information that may help.
AQI may not be available in all cities. If you navigate to the Watch app > Weather, and change your default city to a major city, see if you're then able to view the AQI reading for that location.
If you're still having trouble with this complication, unpair your Apple Watch and iPhone and pair them again: Unpair and erase your Apple Watch.

So finally found out that not all major cities have this displayed in the standard Weather app so hence why it doesn't work. Why display it for everyone when it's not for everyone??
Thanks I tried both of those suggestions and it didn't work. Any other suggestions?
I have auto updates on so it’s always the latest one. Didn’t want to have to raise a ticket but I guess I’ll try that.
