Calls on ipad
How do i make calls on ipad not sure if i have celluar data

Even iPads with cellular data cannot make cell calls on their own.
iPads need to be paired to an iPhone to accomplish this.
The only thing iPads can do is make video or audio calls using Apple /iOS FaceTime or using Microsoft Skype.
NO iPad, alone, can make ANY type of cell phone calls.
iPads ARE NOT iPhones.
This is what you use a cellphone/iPhone for.
