The Apple TV Library file cannot be saved. The required file cannot be found. What file? How can this be corrected?

Hello,

Are you able to open the TV app?

If so, Choose the TV menu > Preferences > Files. Tap Reset

This should reset the TV application on your Mac.

You posted this to the Apple TV hardware community. Are you referring to the Apple TV application? Are you using Apple TV on a Macintosh?
