Are you signing in to your iPhone 11 with the same Apple ID and password used on the iPhone 8, and were the notes in iCloud on the iPhone 8?
Yes, I’m using same Apple ID and password. Also, I thought the notes were in I cloud. I show last back up for the iPhone 8 was two days ago, which means it would have the notes I need. However, when I go to notes in the cloud what I need isn’t there.
