Random alarms go off without being set

I recently got a new phone (iPhone 11) with ios13.2.3 and random alarms having been going off, I even get the alarm banner. When I go to check my alarm app none were set and I’ve had bedtime mode turned off.

For example, I’ll get an alarm at 7am but my earliest alarm is set for 8:30am. I’ve even deleted all my alarms and it still happens throughout the day. Any advice on how to fix this is appreciated.
