Iphone 11 pro max front camera grainy

got my phone just before Christmas, and am quite disappointed in the front camera on the 11 pro. It only looks good in bright light. The flash only makes the face look good in low light, and overall the pics look fuzzy/blurry/grainy without even zooming in.

has anyone had any luck resolving the issue, or gone to apple?

Received my iPhone 11 pro Max this morning. Very disappointed. Front camera is really very very poor.

Tried to discuss with Apple Support. They just say take it to a store.

Any help out there?

Same here my phone also has grainy front camera, I think it’s a swift ware issue and most photos are grainy in Low light only
