I want to buy a refurbished MacBook, specifically a 2018 MacBook Air 128gb ssd. This retails usually in the refurb store for $849, however it is out of stock at the moment. I need to buy it in the next 2 days to get it in time for an event, but I am worried it will not become available in stock. Is there a way of finding out if it will be stocked in the next 2 days?.

The refurbished store at the Apple site is constantly changing. No one here will know if or when a particular item is available again, so you will need to simply keep checking for your preferred model.
For that price I'd recommend just getting a new 2019 MacBook Air for $899.99 at Best Buy this week. For all the grief about Best Buy, they're still an Apple Authorized Reseller and there's nothing wrong with Apple products sold there.
That sounds great - I’m not from the US and I am planning to order it to be shipped to my country so I don’t know a lot about Best Buy. Is it a reputable buyer, is there a warranty with the laptop, and is the shipping free?. Thanks so much for this.
They won’t ship to other countries. Neither will Apple, which will only ship product purchases for a particular country’s online store to that country.
Since you seemed to be using US dollars I assumed you were in the US.
