I lost my AirPods.
And they don’t show up in my find iPhone device listings. What do I do

Look for them the old fashioned way, retrace your steps.

You have at max a 200 foot range to track your AirPods. So IF you get near them with your iPhone, if they still have power, and if they haven’t been reset they will show up when you get near them.
Okkk, but what about when I have. I looked it up and it says you should be able to track them with find my iPhone devices. But they don’t show up in the list. I have been at multiple houses so they could literally be anywhere.
