I speak multiple languages so I have multiple keyboards (Eng/Dutch and Spanish). But since iOS 13 if I set the keyboard to English and I start typing I get suggestions for Dutch and Spanish. Is there a way to set auto correct to just the language that I have selected the keyboard for?

Go to Settings > General > Language & Region > Preferred Language. Do you have English set there? If not, make English your preferred language, restart your iPhone, and see if this helps:
Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
If not, go to Settings > General > Keyboards > Keyboards and remove all but the English one. Restart once more and see if autocorrect works. If it does, add the other keyboards back and see if the issue is resolved.
