I can no longer download any app from the App Store. Message comes up

Account not in this store.

Your account is not valid for use in United States store.

You must switch to New Zealand Store before purchasing.

Hello.

Try to sign out and sign in Apple ID in iTunes&App Store. Go to settings > name surname at the top > iTunes&App Store > email address > sign out and sign in.
