you responded to my reported Apple watch problems with a notion to unpair and restart
Firstly I have been online with your support team and they concluded after doing tests etc that, Siri is not working, microphone is not working, voice memo is not working and phone call will connect to watch but i cannot get them to hear me, among other things
The watch has been paired and unpaired but still does not solve the problems with the watch
In blunt terms I would like you to consider replacing the watch !!! , I fail to see why I should be sending a faulty product to you which will take 7 to 10 days according to the Belfast Apple shop I visited this morning
They again did all the tests but with no resulting change
There must be a better way to get a watch that works
