I have an Apple Tv and wish to use my own photos and music to make a slide show to see on my TV. How do I do that?

You can create a slideshow on your Mac and export it as a video to access via home sharing (using the Computers app on your Apple TV) or you can use the photos as a screensaver (either caching them from your computer or using an album directly through there Photos app on Apple TV) which will automatically play once the ATV has been idle and can play alongside any music playing on your Apple TV.
