We are looking to spend a lot of money to secure our motorhome by purchasing via Outsmart The Thief Ltd and there is the availability of an app on your phone with the security provided. This is accessible via android, but I can see no way to access via apple devices? They say this is down to Apple themselves? Is it something that anyone here can advise on please?

Apple is not here, just other users like yourself. If it's not in the AppStore it may be because the app doesn't comply with AppStore Guidelines, or it may be that the developer just didn't submit it. It probably would be better to reach out to them.

No. It sounds like the app developer is either too lazy to develop an iOS version or is doing something with their app that is prohibited by Apple's App Store guidelines.
Thank you; I had reached out, but they were making out that it was all down to apple? It seems it MAY have previously been available, but not now?
