Wiping an Ipad Mini

I have an Ipad mini used for point of sale previously, but don't know the Apple ID or password linked to the device. How do I wipe it and start over?

You'll need to take it and proof of purchase of the device to Apple to get it wiped.


Without the Apple ID and password, wiping it will undoubtedly result in Activation Lock for which you will be required to know the Apple ID and its password to then access the iPad.
