is this happening for anyone else and if so have you figured out how to make all iCloud contacts synch /phone .. it is synching w/iPad and iMac .. so why wouldnt it work with iPhone11Pro iOS 13.2.3?

found the fix ...
anyone having this issue should to to Contacts > Groups (upper left corner) > iCloud .. is it checked? if not, it should be and once it is voila all your contacts will synch through the Cloud .. :)
