Not received iOS 13 updated notification in my one apple ipad

I am using 2 apple iPads, Not received iOS 13 updated notification on my one apple air ipad, the newer device apple Air 2 has been updated to iOS 13 swiftly last week. Why my other device has not been updated to iOS 13, and when it’ll be updated?

The original iPad Air is not capable of running iPadOS 13. This model, released by Apple in 2013, is limited to iOS 12.
