Got a new iPad and set it up using an iCloud backup from my iPhone 7. My apps aren't showing up on the iPad? What am I missing? I've wiped the iPad clean and tried multiple times.

Thanks. I was under the impression that I could move everything over so that my iPad would "mimic" my iPhone, which did not happen.
