iPhone Cellular Carriers that support the Apple Watch, which models, the radio frequencies each model uses, and the country where they offer service:

I did not see them listed. But double check for yourself.
Also since this is a user-to-user technical support forum, we do not know any plans the Sky might have to add support. If you do not not find Sky in the list of carriers, you can contact Sky and ask them if they are going to add support for the Apple Watch.
NOTE: The GPS only Apple Watch will do Everything the cellular model will do as long as you iPhone is nearby.
