My trouble, and maybe yours, was that I had somehow left some adhesive from the screen sticker on the face of the protector. That had bonded to the case front.
If you suspect this is your problem then I would suggest that you very, very gently warm the case with a hairdryer to loosen the glue. YMMV If you ruin your case, iPad, burn down the house, start a riot or instigate a small war then let it be know it is not my fault. You accept all responsibility on yourself.
But think about it you only have so many options:
all could go wrong and anything could happen. Examine what is going on and see if the above suggestion applies.
Oh and you could just ask the vendor as I have found them to be very helpful and willing to ensure you are happy with their product. I know I am.MacPro dual-quad 12GB - 3.5TB, Mac OS X (10.5.8), 2@20" and 1@24", iPad 64G 3G
