can’t remove credit card

If you have Family Sharing, then you will need the card as payment method.

If you have subscriptions, then you will need a valid payment method for your upcoming fees.

If you have unpaid charges, then you can’t remove the last payment method.

You need one method of payment in there, from my understanding. PayPal may be the only way around this.
