Having misinterpreted your post, I recommend you provide this as feedback this to Apple. Unfortunately, there is no direct feedback link available for iOS itself. So,...

2. Select: "Feature Request" for the "Feedback Type"
3. Proceed from there as necessary.

You would have to ask IMDB as they would be the ones who would have to make an app for the TVOS platform.
