I need to clear my iCloud somebody help. I mean delete everything

You need to delete everything from iCloud Drive manually; log into https://www.icloud.com. Thee is no other way.
Regarding other iCloud items such as Mail, Contacts, Calendar, Photos, Notes, Reminders, Pages, Numbers & KeyNote; they are synced with your device. Delete in one device it is gone from every where. Similarly delete from iCloud it is gone from iPhone.
