Can I transfer the $ in Apple-Store over to my Apple-PAY balance???!!!

Can I transfer the $ that I added to Apple Store, to my Apple-PAY??? ..,Hopefully that makes sense!! Basically I wanted to transfer $10 from my PayPal balance to my Apple-Pay, so I could pay for Starbucks from my iphone...BUT I accidentally added it to Apple Store...And my Apple Pay STILL has a $0 balance...& theres now $11 balance on Apple Store which I’ll probably never ever use...Can someone please help me with this??? It’ll be greatly appreciated!

No you cannot transfer Apple ID/iTunes pass funds to your Apple Pay/Apple Cash account. go here to see if they can help you - iTunes - Official Apple Support
