Apple watch 3 stuck with just the apple sign on the screen

Hiya for a few days now my apple watch has been stuck with just the apple sign on the screen i have tried to reset a number of times and can't do anything else with it ?

Try a forced reset;

To force reset your Apple Watch, press and hold both the side button and Digital Crown for at least 10 seconds, then release both buttons when you see the Apple logo.
