MacBook Pro won't stay asleep

My MacBook Pro runs MacOS Mojave and will not stay asleep longer than a couple of minutes. After it wakes up, it will cycle going on and off every couple of minutes. I have to close the laptop every night. I have the energy saver set for 15 minutes. Help please.

Random Sleep every minute in Windows 7 while under full load I have a MacBook Pro 15" Early 2011 with the HD 6750M 1GB GDDR5 GPU working, and since yesterday my MacBook sleeps every minute after playing games which max out the GPU and put load on the gpu, after pressing the power button it wakes up for another minute, and will sleep again, but when normally in windows 7 it doesnt do this, Mac OS High Sierra doesnt have this problem as well even under full load, the temps are really high despite having clean fans and new arctic mx4 thermal paste, 100C on the i7-2720QM and 81C on HD 6750M. Power plans modifications didnt solve this problem.

MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019) 2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7 - Monterey 12.1 Fails to wake from sleep I upgraded to 12.1 last week and since then if I leave it to go to sleep by closing it then pick it up more than a few hours later the battery is flat and it will not come out of sleep. I can take 15 minutes of messing around re-starting it, clearing the NVRAM etc This has only happened since the upgrade and the computer was working fine until I did the upgrade. It is about 18 months old. If I just close the lid and return a few minutes later it is ok.
