Cannot Sign Into iTunes and the App Store

I am able to sign in to my Apple ID, but I cannot sign in to iTunes and the App Store. The username and password are correct, and the screen will read "signing in", but eventually nothing happens. I cannot download apps because of this. I have tried restarting my device and signing in and out of my Apple ID, but to no avail. What other possible solutions can I try?

Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.


Try a forced restart.


Reset Device


If necessary


Hard reset


Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from your backup.


Restore to Factory setting


Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup
