I phone pro max it’s not turning on

I bought on October 20 the new i phone pro max. Yesterday it showed on my phone that the memory is full and after that my phone shut down. Today I tried to restart my phone and the only thing it shows is the apple in the screen nothing else. Please help me what I can do because this is a new phone less than 2 months and I have all my pictures

My iPhone won’t turn on since upgrading my storage Hi, since upgrading my storage yesterday to 2TB my iPhone won’t turn on. After I upgraded it everything was fine, and then it started to close my apps while I was using them. So I turned the phone off to restart it. But now it won’t turn back on, it just showing the apple sign and won’t do anything else. Occasionally the apple sign goes off and the screen is black but then it comes back on again. iPhone 7 Memory Full & phone won't turn on So apparently, my iPhone 7's memory is full. This morning, I couldn't enter WhatsApp & I couldn't make any phone calls/search through any contacts. I was still able to enter my photo app so I went in to delete some videos away which then I realised that those videos couldn't be deleted. I pressed delete but the videos were still there in my phone. So I figured I should switch off my phone & on it again. When my phone got switched back on, I couldn't even go into my photo app & every other apps anymore. Then I decided to switch it off & on it again but this time round, my phone can't be switched on anymore. Apple logo keeps showing up & then it went off & it just keeps happening. I tried pressing down the lock & volume down buttons but it doesn't work too. Please help me with this as I have all my stuff inside my phone & my iCloud only has backups till September 2019. My WhatsApp haven't been backed up since a long time too.

Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup

You are entitled to 90 days of telephone support from Apple. Try contacting them.
