My iMessage sends and receives only SMS
My iMessage sends only SMS, even if the recipient is another iPhone. Similarly, I receive only SMS, even if sent from an iPhone. My iMessage is regularly active. What should I do? Thanks.

FIXED!
I downloaded iOS 13.3 right now and (Apple Magic!) I can now send iMessages: probably the tube has just been blocked.
