I have a ipad generation 2 and i can’t download pandora music

This iPad model does not support any system version newer than 9. You cannot update your iPad any further. If you need to use software that requires a newer system software version then you will need to purchase a newer iPad model. Pandora is incompatible with iPad 2.

This is a nearly 9-year old iPad.

It is simply too old, now, and third party app developers are no longer supporting nearly 7, 8 and 9-year old iPad models, any longer.

Time for a new or discounted, refurbished iPad from Apple.
