I accidentally deleted my Apple Cash card on my iPhone 7 before I set up Apple Pay, and now I don’t know how to set up Apple Pay.
How do I set up Apple Pay without a cash card? Or how do I get my Apple Cash card back?

Go to settings>Wallet & Apple Pay>Apple Cash - turn on. Set up Apple Cash to send and receive money in Messages - Apple Support
To set up Apple Pay you need a bank card or credit card. Set up Apple Pay - Apple Support
