Syncing my music

How do I go to iTunes to turn on cloud syncing?

iPhone XR, iOS 13

Nne71, do you want to sync to the cloud?

Make sure you are connected to your account, and select the menu

Edit > Library > Sync (or update?) Library

Be aware that it takes quite some time if you have many files. (Mine took a night, and then a bit more)

I found out that if I do not subscribe to iTunes Match or Apple Music, I won't see an option to turn on sync library from my Mac. But I am subscribed to both and still do not see the option for sync library. what do I do?
