Is my Stylist Pen to my iPad Pro cover under Apple care lost or damaged?
Are you referring to the Apple Pencil? If you are speaking about an Apple Pencil, then it does have a warranty, but not against loss or user damage. It would be covered for manufacturing defects, or malfunctions.

iPad does not come with the Apple Pencil. iPad's warranty does not cover Apple Pencil.
If your Apple Pencil is lost or stolen, no Apple warranty would cover a replacement without you having to send the device back to Apple. If you no longer have the Apple Pencil you would not qualify for a warranty replacement. Unless you still have an Apple Pencil under 1 year since you purchased it and it is experiencing a manufactures defect then it will not qualify for a warranty replacement.

I am sorry, that is how it is. If you believe your Apple Pencil was stolen then I suggest that you file a complaint with your local authorities.
I don’t think so so but I will have find out and yes meant the pencil so do it have to have Apple care to if iPad has Apple care I assume it was covered along with the iPad since it came with it?
