blue line across screen

I have a vertical blue line across the screen of my brand new Apple Watch Series 3. I tried resetting the watch, turning it on and off, disconnecting, deleting the watch and still doesn't go away! I did not bang it or damage it. There are 0 scratches on the watch. HELP!
