Can't rotate my iPhone7

How can I get my iPhone 7 to rotate to horizontal screen. It used to do that but stopped a few months ago. I did unlock the portrait orientation lock but that did not work.

Not all screens will rotate, but if you go to one that should and it won't, try going back to Orientation Lock, turn it on, then back off again and see what happens.
